Chen Fang, member of the Communist Party of China, PhD, lecturer, Institute of Public Administration. In 2002 September admitted to the Huazhong University of Science and Technology School of management, major in business management. In 2006 June a bachelor's degree in business administration, and was sent to the hospital for master. In 2007 September by successive postgraduate and doctoral programs qualification examination, recommended for doctoral students of management science, major in human resources management. In 2009 March by the "cross-strait college students exchange fund" project, the first half of Taiwan to learn Yuan Ze university. In 2011 June by the doctoral degree in management.
