Su Zu-qin, male, ethnic Han, was born in Jingshan, Hubei Province in Nov., 1961(Lunar calendar). He is graduated from Renmin University of China in 1983. He is also a professor,master’s supervisor and director of Institute of Public Administration. Prof. Su was once appointed deputy director of Institute of Politics and Law, Hubei Academy of Social Sciences.
