Han Junqiang, graduated from School of Political Science and Public Administration of Wuhan University, received a Ph.D in Management, and now a lecturer in Labor and Social Security Department.

2.Taking charge of Research on the Factors of Ethnic Minorities Adapting to the Floating Population City—Based on the Survey of Wuhan, Hubei Province, a State Ethnic Affairs Commission Foundation Project,2014—2016.
3. Taken charge of and completed Research on the Factors of Urban Integration of Migrant Workers in the Process of Urbanization—based on the Survey of Wuhan ,Hubei Province, a Social Science Fund Project in Hubei Province，2014.
