Land resources management was founded in 2011.This major have three Full-time teachers, including two professors, one associate professor, three teachers are all with PhD degree. The main research directions include land and real property economics, land and real estate market regulation and planning of land use. The professional has assumed a number of "eleven five" national support project, The National Natural Science Fund, The National Social Science Fund, provincial ministries major, key research topic,and the local governments and enterprises and institutions entrusted to issue. The students mainly study the land management, city management and the basic theory of real estate management, the basic knowledge and basic skills。The biggest characteristics of the professional is to combine the theory with the practice of land management,and the combination of cultivation techniques and management ability. Teachers are in the research topics, relying on its course and phase. This professional development with the basic theory of modern management science, economics, land management, city management and real estate management, basic skills of computer application, surveying, planning, investment analysis. Students will be familiar with the land management, city management and real estate management policies and regulations, be engaged in the investigation and evaluation of land, land use planning, cadastral survey, land management, city management, real estate appraisal, real estate finance, real estate and management and so on, and become senior specialized talents for management, engineering, scientific research and teaching work.
