Ever since its foundation in 1985, the SFL has been progressively growing both in its significance and elegance. It finds every opportunity to stretch the minds of our students and to engage their intellect through our quality academic programs, advanced teaching methodologies, and cultural and intellectual special events. At SFL, we have been constantly making efforts to make sure that the curriculum of various foreign languages is updated regularly so as to meet the demand of the ever-changing society.

 

At the school you will find faculty who are gifted teachers, accomplished scholars, and distinguished professionals in their fields. The faculty’s pursuit of scholarly and professional activities enriches the intellectual lives of our students.

 

To enhance learning opportunities, the SFL has developed educational partnerships with prestigious institutions such as the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, etc. The SFL, the regional coordinator for the International Debate Education Association – China, has also been holding the Central China Debate Competition ever since 2012 in partnership with the University of Puget Sound, IDEA and the China Debate Education Network.
