主要基于多学科交叉,开展大健康微生物组(One Health Microbiome)研究,聚焦于利用拉曼光谱、类器官和人工智能等技术解析肠道微生物与人体健康,环境微生物与地球健康的关联,发掘开发One Health产品。主持或参与国家自然科学基金项目5项,国家重点研发项目3项,中科院前沿交叉团队项目1项,获英国皇家协会Newton Advanced Fellowship,第一届“率先杯”未来技术创新大赛优胜奖等奖项,入选国家“海外高层次人才引进计划”青年项目。
