●Personal Introduction:

Li Hongling, Doctor of Management, associate professor, master tutor, member of the International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR).

In 1995 she recommended for admission to the School of Management of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, majoring in management engineering with a minor in intellectual property law, received technology and law double degree.

In September 1999, she went to Huazhong University of Science and Technology to pursue postgraduate study in Humanities College, under the tutelage of Professor Zhong Shuhua, research direction of technological innovation and technology management.

In July 2002, she went to the Beijing Municipal Science and technology research institute engaged in research work, has served as secretary of the academic committee.

In March 2004, she seconded to the Ministry of national science and technology innovation fund for small and medium enterprises Management Center Assistant.

In 2005 April to the South-Central University for Nationalities School of public administration engaged in teaching and research work, in September the same year in the school of management of Huazhong University of Science and Technology doctoral graduate, with Professor Liao Jianqiao, the research direction is the management of knowledge employee, doctorate in June 2009.
