Fang Kun, Ph.D., postdoctoral politics, Teachers College of public administration of South-Central University for Nationalities. Graduated from Huazhong Normal University in 2008, received a master's degree in management. Graduated from Huazhong Normal University in 2010, received his PhD degree in management. During the PhD was appointed Deputy Secretary of Communist Youth League Committee of the Huazhong Normal University, in 2011 January and 2013 February in Huazhong Normal University Political Science Research Institute Cooperative Research in the post-doctoral research station, a collaboration tutor Professor Xiang Jiquan. In 2013 April to the South-Central University For Nationalities School of public administration engaged in teaching and research work.
