Xinli Hu(1981.8-),female, the Han nationality, Native Place:Jingzhou City, Hubei Province. In August 2011, she went to the institute of Maxwell of Syracuse University in the United States for further study subsidized by the Nation Scholarship Council.In June 2012, she got a PHD majoring in E-government in department of public administration in Huazhong University of Science and Technology. At present, she is a lecturer and foreign affairs secretary in School of public administration.
