  Future Manager Association is an academic and practical association. In October, 1987, a group of young passionate students who have a deep love for management established the association in order to achieve the dream in the ivory tower .The name of the association represents “ambitiousness, splendidness, wonderfulness”. Future Manager Association is an association hoping to take the lead of academic research and students developing .What’s more , it takes the duty of booming  the culture of campus.

  Since its establishment of about 25 years, students in the Future Managers Association have been taking great efforts to put theory learned in class into practice and tap their potential as much as possible. In this way, tremendous improvements of their ability and the association have been greatly achieved.

Brief Introduction of Featured Events:

  1. Economic and Management Case Analysis Competition 

  The Economic Management Case Analysis Competition of SCUN is designed for the students who love the theory and practice of economic management. Students can take part in the competition as individuals or teams that come from different schools. Contestants study cases including marketing, strategy, human resources, mergers, capital operation, advertising planning, finance and audit and design for starting a business through analysis and seminars from one or more aspects. The competition aims at integrating cases into classroom, enabling thinking beyond the textbook, using the knowledge to solve problems, building the capability by competition. During the competition, students use theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems by case analysis, meanwhile, enhance interpersonal relationship and strengthen capabilities of communication, persuasion and systems analysis.

  2. Manager Forum 

  Manager Forum has been pursuing a "people-oriented, campus-focused, contemporary era-concerned" principle. Owing to its flexible and creative forms, Manager Forum has been appreciated and expected by all kinds of people in university since its first show. Manager Forum has been a stage that combines theory and practice. By inviting outstanding entrepreneurs, well-known professors, students and other elite from the society, Manager Forum provides the students an opportunity to communicate closely with them. The guests discuss issues with students by taking their own experiences as examples, which enhances the overall quality of contemporary college students and students' employability. It also optimize the values of college students.

  3. Simulation for Talent Recruitment

  Simulation for Talent Recruitment which was launched in April, 2005 is another brand activity organized by Managers Association. It firstly made a hit in the campus community activities, thus received wide attention and praise form many students. Simulation for Talent Recruitment aims to provide students a platform that they can make a close contact with recruitment. It enables the majority of students understand the relevant knowledge and skills of recruitment, also offers a stage for students showing themselves. In the recruitment process, based on the most authoritative guidance, the most direct communication and the most sincere exchange, Simulation for Talent Recruitment provides the most valuable experience for students who hunt jobs.
