一、培养规格

二、培养目标

Ⅱ Education Objectives

1. 以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，坚持立德树人的根本任务，坚持以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线，培养充满家国情怀、堪当民族复兴大任、具有扎实专业功底和较高综合人文素养的复合型人才。

2. 深化专业运用和实践调查水平，培养具有国际视野和跨学科研究能力，能够独立开展田野调查，运用所学知识与方法为党和国家民族工作和民族地区社会发展建言献策的应用用人才。

3. 提升职业素养与文化素养，培养具有深厚人文社科知识基础、良好的人文精神、科学理念和职业道德，德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的高素质人才。

4. 拓展发展潜能与创新思维，培养具有开阔的学术视野和求真务实的韧劲，不断进行知识更新，适应数智社会发展，能够胜任党政机关、教学科研机构、社会团体、国际组织、文化产业等领域工作的综合型人才。

1.In the light of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, upholding the basic task of Establishing Virtue & Cultivating Talents,and persisting in the principle line of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese Nation,The discipline of Ethnology major is committed to cultivating inter-disciplinary talents who must be filled with patriotism ,and could take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation, obtain solid professional foundation and high comprehensive humanistic literacy.

2.To deepen the application of expertise and the level of practical investigation,we cultivate talents of Ethnology who have the international survey and inter-disciplinary research ability,could conduct independent fieldwork and advise the Party and State on ethnic affairs.

3.To enhance professional and cultural qualities, we cultivate professionals with a deep basis of humanistic-social scientific knowledge, an excellent humanistic spirit ,a scientific perspective and a good professional ethics as well, who could promote a holistic development encompassing morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor.

4. To expand development potential and innovative thinking, students are trained to have a broad academic vision and the tenacity of being realistic and pragmatic, to have the ability to learn and adapt to the development of the digital-intelligent society. They will be able to work in the Party and government organizations, education and research institutions, social organizations, international organizations, enterprises, as well as cultural creative industries.

三、毕业要求

Ⅲ Basic requirements for Cultivation

本专业学生要求在铸牢中华民族共同体意识主线引导下，掌握民族学的基本理论和知识，具备运用民族学田野工作技术探析问题的实践能力，熟练掌握一门外国语并了解国内外民族学发展的前沿，熟知党和国家民族理论与政策，具有在本学科领域继续深造、发展的良好素质，能够从事党政部门管理工作和基层社区工作的能力。

毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力：

1.坚持正确的中华民族历史观，具备较高的文化素养与道德水平；

2.掌握民族学的基本理论和知识体系、研究方法和民族志技术；

3.具有运用民族学理论和方法分析、解决社会问题的实践能力；

4.熟悉党和国家的民族理论与政策、法规与方针；

5.了解当代民族学学科的前沿理论和发展动态；

6.具有在学科领域继续深造、发展的科学研究素质和能力；

7.具有在党政部门特别是民族、宗教、民政等管理部门以及基层社区从事实务工作，做好铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作的良好能力。

　　Under the guidance of the main line of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation, students in this major should learn the basic theory and knowledge of Ethnology, have practical ability to use ethnographic fieldwork techniques to analyze practical problems, be proficient in a foreign language and understand the frontiers of the development of Ethnology, be familiar with theories and policies of the Party and the State, be qualified for further study and development in the discipline, and be able to serve for the Party and government departments and communities.

Students of the program should:

1. Adhere to the correct view of Chinese national history and possess a high level of cultural literacy and moral standards;

2. Master basic theories and knowledge of Ethnology, basic research methods and ethnography writing techniques of Ethnology;

3. Have practical ability to analyze and solve social problems with theories and methods of Ethnology;

4. Familiarize with the Party and the State's ethnic theories, policies, regulations and guidelines；

5. Know frontier theories and development of contemporary Ethnology;

6. Have research ability to continue further study and research;

7. Have good ability to work in the Party and government departments, especially in ethnic, religion and civil affairs management departments, and serve for forging a firm sense of community for the Chinese Nation.
