施朦,2016年本科毕业于华中科技大学获得工学和管理学双学士学位,2020年博士毕业于香港城市大学工程学院,现为中南民族大学计算机科学学院副教授,主要从事行人疏散动力学和火灾场景下应急疏散模拟仿真和管控策略等方面的研究。博士期间,曾作为核心成员参与4项香港优配研究金(GRF)资助的重要科研项目;在中南民族大学工作期间,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金,湖北省自然科学基金面上项目,中南民族大学科学研究基金(引进人才)资助项目和企业委托项目各一项,并获得2021年度“武汉英才”优秀青年人才项目荣誉称号和配套经费。目前,共发表SCI论文17篇和EI论文6篇,授权发明专利2项,软件著作权8项。基于相关研究成果,获得2021年度武汉英才青年人才荣誉称号,2021年度YOCSEF和CCF武汉举办的青年教师学术风采展示论坛二等奖,2017, 2018和2019年香港城市大学学术杰出表现奖,第九届火灾科学与消防工程国际研讨会二等奖 (2019),第八届火灾科学与消防工程国际研讨会优秀论文奖(2017)等奖项。

课题组主要进行人员疏散数学建模与优化和智能交通算法研究,与香港城市大学,法国巴黎高等师范学院,澳大利亚新南威尔士大学,四川大学,武汉大学,西南交通大学和武汉理工大学等国内外高校的研究同行保持长期的合作关系。邀请有科研兴趣和工作踏实认真的同学报考硕士研究生,积极鼓励学生参加学术会议和发表高水平学术论文。通过系统的科研培训和专业学习,本课题组力争为毕业生创造良好的学术条件及提供前往国内知名双一流大学或国外知名大学访问或深造的机会。
