Resume

Heqing Tangreceived his B.S. degree in Chemistry from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1983, and M. S. degree in Corrosion and Protection from Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1986, respectively. Then he worked as a lecturer in Huazhong University of Science and Technology from 1986 to 1993. He received his Ph.D. degree from Hiroshima University in 1996, subsequently did postdoctoral research on organic light-emitting diode and organic solar cells. From 2002 to 2011, he worked as a full professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Then he joined South-Central Minzu University and was promoted to full professor in 2011 and served concurrently as dean of College of Resources and Environmental Science. Over the last 15 years, his research has focused on Environmental Catalytic Materials, Pollution Control Chemistry, Advanced Oxidation Technology and so on, and his project has been supported by National Natural Science Foundation, National High-Technology Project (863). He has been the chairman of Council on Environmental Chemistry and Chemical Engineering in Hubei Province. He has published about 150 papers and 10 patents in recent years. He has won 1 Second Prize of the Province Science in 2018.
