Resume
Jie SUN received his M.S. degree in Physical Chemistry from Xiamen University in 2000 and Ph.D. degree inEnvironmental Engineering from Wuhan University in 2007. He joined South-Central Minzu University in 2001 and was promoted to full professor in 2013. Over the last 10 years, his research has focused on water treatment using physical chemistry process, and he has been selected as New Century Excellent Talents byMinistry of Education. He has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers with an H-index of 18. He has a lot of practical engineering experience in industrial wastewater treatment, and developed new technologies of catalytic H2O2/O3 oxidation and membrane treatment which have been applied in industrial wastewater treatment such as pharmaceutical wastewater.He has won four provincial and ministerial awards.
