Recently, the preliminary review results of the Youth Forum of the 4th "Finance China" Academic Summit for College Students from National Finance and Economics Colleges were announced. The book "Progress, Challenges, and Optimization: A Youth Interpretation and Review of the Party's Innovative Theory in the New Era" written by Huang Zhengyu, a 2021 undergraduate student majoring in ideological and political education at our university, and guided by Professor Li Haibo, was selected.

The paper focuses on the comprehensive deepening of the reform strategy, and provides a review from three aspects: progress, difficulties, and optimization. It interprets the prominent problems in the promotion and proposes a "6 × 4" systematic optimization strategy group to provide countermeasures for explaining practice. This paper is an extension of his undergraduate thesis. In the early stage of the research, he proposed the process paradigm of "nested binomial order" with the help of mathematical philosophy. He explored the basic domain from multiple dimensions and conducted performance, public opinion, and quantitative qualitative analysis using modeling, tracking, and empirical methods. The interpretation of the propositions was standardized, the research was detailed, and the conclusions were inspiring.

The theme of this forum is "Empowering Research and Thinking, Serving the Country and Practicing". It is hosted by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China's University of Finance and Economics Committee, with academic support from 18 institutions. The forum is open to students from relevant majors across the country, and has received over 1161 submissions, 182 academic papers, and 28 research reports from more than 200 universities. The selection of undergraduate thesis in our college is a breakthrough achievement in enhancing students' research abilities. In the next step, the college will deepen its educational philosophy, create a favorable environment for students, and promote the quality of talent cultivation to a new level.
