Recently, the "Perceiving the Power of Thought, Striving to Be a Pioneer in Consolidating the Foundation" 2025 Youth Faculty Reading and Speech Contest of our school was held in the Academic Exchange Center. Thirteen young faculty members from 12 units across the school, guided by relevant learning materials, shared their insights based on their educational practices. Two teachers from our college, Ma Huiling and Yun Tingting, participated in the competition and won the second prize and the excellence award respectively.

Ma Huiling shared her thoughts on reading General Secretary Xi Jinping's article under the title "Upholding the Right and innovating, being a hard-working youth in the new era". Yun Tingting, with the title "Roots and Origins Are the Same, Hearts Are Close; Working Together for Common Progress and Shared Emotions", shared her insights from studying the learning materials on ethnic work. During the competition, the two teachers demonstrated the diligent and enterprising spirit and noble sentiments of the young teachers in our college, earning unanimous praise from the judges and the audience on site.

Our college attaches great importance to the cultivation of teachers, focusing on moral education and talent cultivation, strengthening theoretical armament, and encouraging teachers to participate in competitions. We promote learning and teaching through competitions, provide a platform for teachers to showcase their talents, and guide them to integrate their experiences into teaching, fulfilling the mission of consolidating the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community and implementing moral education and talent cultivation.
