On January 25-26, Dean Yang Jinzhou and Vice Dean Dong Jie went to Xi'an universities to recruit talents and visit alumni, and had exchanges with the relevant persons in charge of the School of Marxism of Shaanxi Normal University and Northwestern Polytechnical University.

On the morning of the 26th, President Yang Jinzhou and Vice President Dong Jie went to the School of Marxism of Northwestern Polytechnical University (NWPI) to carry out research. Pu Chuanxin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of NWPI School of Marxism, and Lu Jie, Director of the Department of Ideological and Political Education of NWPI School of Marxism, participated in the seminar. Pu Chuanxin made a detailed introduction on the situation of the college. Yang Jinzhou briefly introduced the basic situation of the construction of disciplines, majors and courses of the college, and hoped to carry out exchanges and cooperation with the School of Marxism of Northwestern Polytechnical University in the areas of talent cultivation, faculty construction, and further education and employment. In the free discussion session, the two sides carried out extensive and in-depth exchanges around research team construction, collective lesson preparation, professional construction and so on. After the meeting, President Yang had a cordial conversation with Professor Lu Jie, an outstanding alumnus of our university.

Before going to Northwestern Polytechnical University, Yang Jinzhou and Dong Jie exchanged views with Zhang Lin, deputy dean of the School of Marxism of Shaanxi Normal University, on undergraduate talent cultivation, further education and employment, and visited Guo Yue, an outstanding alumnus of the 18th grade of the College and a master's degree student of the School of Marxism of Shaanxi Normal University.
