Li Bo,Dean ofSchool,Xiong Fang,ViceDean of School, Pro.Liu Zhanyong,Pro.Chen Zuhai,Pro.Shen Daoquan,and Pro.Zhang Juan attended the meeting. Some teachers of the school werealsopresentat the meeting. Xiong Fang was the president of the meeting.

According to the latest policies of the state and the Ministry of education,Liu Zhanyong emphasized the time and achievement requirements for the project conclusion. He made a specific analysis of the uncertain factors of time and content.He pointed out that the time span from country to province to school is large,and suggestedthatteachers take time into adequate considerationandadjust the schedule according to the completion of the project.

This year,three teachers' projects are coming to an end. They reportedtheirprojectsfromaspects oftopic selection,writing ideas, outline, relevant cases and progress, andthendiscussed the problems encounteredduringthe research processeswith the experts. The five experts put forwardtotheirsuggestionsfrom form and content. Experts stressed that the number of words in the report must be up to the standardavoiding being thin on the contents of the reports,the materials submitted at the end of the project must be consistent with the commitment made at the beginning, and the number of materials submitted must strictly abide by the commitmentas well.Meanwhile,beforeconcluding, teachers should do a good job of self-examination according to the conclusion standard, pay attention to the details,includingchecking wrong characters and time controllingetc. In short, teachers shouldtakeeveryaspectsseriously which would impact the final impression of thereports.

Li Bo said that ourSchoolattachedgreat importance to the completion of Humanities and Social Sciences projects. He hopedthatthe teachersi charge of the projectscouldspeed up the workingprogress,reasonably arrangetheargumenttime, comprehensivelygrasp the conditions and policies of this year, improve the quality of the projectsandconstantly strive for excellence.
