Our School held a teachers' Honor and retirement ceremony in the conference hall at 1st floor, School of Chemistry and Materials Science on April 15th, 2022. The ceremony was hosted by secretary Hang DENG. The heads of the School awarded a certificate of honor and presented a souvenir to prof. YUAN.

Prof. YUAN was thanked for his 39 years of hard work, extraordinary contributions to our School, for actively helping the development of SCMZU, and selflessly guiding young teachers to grow.

Dean Daohong ZHANG appreciated prof. YUAN for his great contributions, and hoped that he could continue to support, care about and offer advice and suggestions for the development of the School. Also he wished good health and family happiness after retirement.

Secretary Deng Hang spoke highly of prof. YUAN's contribution to the School during his service. He pointed out that retired teachers are the precious wealth of the School. In their long-term teaching practice, they correctly implement the party's educational policy, implement the task of building morality and cultivating people. The excellent experience of old teachers is worth learning and carrying forward by young teachers. The college must inherit and carry forward the good traditions of old teachers and carry them on from generation to generation.
