本专业培养适应社会主义现代化建设需要,具有较强的计算机、外语和管理等方面的应用能力,掌握水文学、水资源及水环境等方面的专业基本知识与技能,能力强、素质高,富有创新精神,能在水利、水务、能源、交通、城建、农林、环保等部门从事与本专业有关的勘测、评价、规划、设计、预测预报和管理等方面工作的高级工程技术人才。 This major is designed to cultivate senior engineering professionals who meet the needs of socialist modernization, posses strong application ability in computer, foreign language and management, master professional knowledge and skills in hydrology, water resources and water environment, and exhibit with strong ability, high quality, and innovative spirit. After graduation, students can work in survey, evaluation, planning, designing, prediction and forecast, management concerned with this major in the departments of water conservancy, water affairs, energy, transportation, urban construction, agriculture and forestry, and environmental protection |

方案特色 |
本专业学生主要学习水文学、水资源及水环境等方面的基础理论、基本知识和工作技能,接受工程测量、科学运算、实验和测试等方面的基本训练,掌握水文学、水资源及水环境等方面的专业基础知识与基本技能,并具备运用所学知识与技能分析解决实际问题、开展科学研究和从事管理工作的基本能力。 毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力: (1)掌握数学、自然地理学、气象学、水力学、水文学等方面的基础理论和基础知识; (2)掌握水信息采集与处理、水文预报、水文水利计算、水灾害评估与防治、水资源评价规划与管理、水环境评价与保护的基本方法,掌握测量、制图等基本技能; (3)具有从事水文水资源、水环境方面勘测、评价、规划、设计、预测预报、管理决策的基本能力; (4)熟悉国家和地方涉水的有关方针、政策和法律法规; (5)了解水文学、水资源及水环境领域的行业需求和发展动态; (6)掌握一门外语,能较熟练地阅读本专业外文文献资料;比较熟练地掌握计算机技术,并具备初步程序设计能力; (7)掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法,具有初步的科学研究和实际工作能力。 The objective of this major is to let the students master the basic theory, knowledge and skiills in the aspects of information collecting and processing of hydrology, water resources and water environment. The graduates will receive basic training in engineering survey, scientific calculation, experiment and test, and should have the ability to solve practical problems, engage in scientific research, organization and management. The students are expected to acquire the following knowledge and abilities: (1) The students should have the basic theory and knowledge of mathematics, physical geography, meteorology, hydraulics and hydrology etc. (2) The students should master the following methods: collecting and processing of water information, hydrologic forecasting, calculation of hydrology and water conservancy, assessment and prevention of water-related disasters, evaluation, planning and management of water resources, evaluation and protection of water environment, and the basic skills of surveying and drawing. (3) The students should have the ability to engage in survey, evaluation, planning, designing, prediction, forecast and management in hydrology, water resources and water environment. (4) Being familiar with the national and local policies, laws and regulations about water. (5) Understanding the demands and trends of hydrology, water resources and water environment. (6) The students should master a foreign lanauage, and can read the professional foreign language documents. The students should master computer technology, and have preliminary programming ability. (7) The students should master the methods of document retrieval and data query, with basic ability in scientific research and practical work. |
