卓越小学教师试验班培养方案

一、培养目标

I.EducationalObjectives

  卓越小学教师试验班是以教育学大类专业为基础,面向全校新入学本科生、每年招生的综合试点实验班。

  Based on the Major of Education , theprogram is a comprehensive experimental class to all new undergraduate studentsannually.

  培养目标:立足民族地区生源、面向全国小学教育需求,培养有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心,专业基础扎实、综合素质全面、个性特长明显,通晓本民族文化、能开发和有效利用民族特色资源的小学课程,精通小学数学、语文、英语中的某一学科教育教学工作,兼任班主任工作,同时能兼任小学科学、小学品德、小学综合实践活动、小学生心理辅导等学科的教育教学工作,具有人文精神、科学素养、创新能力和发展潜力的新型小学教师。

  The program is committed to train the students to be the newprimary teachers with humanistic spirit, scientific literacy, innovativeability and developmental potential in the following aspects:

  (1)have good ideological and moral quality, higheducation theory quality and strong practical ability to teach,

  (2)know well about their own nation’s culture and be capableof developing and using primary school curriculum with ethnic resources,

  (3)be proficient in teaching one of the followingcurriculums, maths, Chinese and English as well as manage the class asheadteachers,

  (4)also be able to teach science, moral, comprehensivepractice and psychological counseling in primary schools.

二、培养要求及特色

II.Requirementand Features

  试验班定位于培养新时代卓越小学教师,毕业生具有人文精神、科学素养、创新能力和发展潜力,具备从事小学学科教育教学、研究和班级管理的素质和能力。

  为此,既要对学生实行全面发展的综合培养,又要实现学生学有专长的定向发展。通过四年的理论熏陶和能力训练,学生具备从事小学教育教学、研究和管理的素质和能力。

  The experimental class aims at cultivating new era excellentprimary school teachers; graduates should have the quality of humanisticspirit, scientific literacy, innovative ability and developmentl potential andthe ability to teach, research and manage diverse class. Hence, students inthis major should be cultivated in all aspects as well as directionallydeveloped of their expertise.

  毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力:

  The graduates should have knowledge and abilities of thefollowing several aspects:

  1.掌握马克思主义、毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义思想,深入贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,树立科学的世界观、正确的人生观和价值观,具有科学和人文基本素养,热爱教育事业,热爱儿童,具有教书育人、为人师表的思想道德素质。

  1.Master Marxism, Mao ZedongThought, and Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, thoroughly implement XiJinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in new era, and establisha scientific world outlook, correct outlook on life and values. Be equippedwith basic literacy of science and humanity and have the zeal to education andchildren as well as the moral and ideological quality of teaching and educatingpeople.

  2.掌握一门外国语和计算机基础知识,具有一定的应用能力,并达到相应的等级水平。

  2.Master and apply one foreignlanguage and basid knowledge of computer and reach the corresponding level.

  3.掌握较为系统的教育理论,具有小学教育专业的基础知识和应用技能,能够胜任小学数学、语文、英语学科之一的教学工作,同时能胜任小学其他一门学科教学工作;

  3.Possess the basic working abilitiesof engaging in one of the three disciplines( maths, Chinese and English) andone of other lisciplines in primary schools.

  4.掌握教育教学研究方法,具备发现、提出并分析、解决小学教育教学实践问题的能力,具有良好的小学教育教学研究能力。

  4.Master the education and teachingmethods, capable of discovering, proposing, analyzing, and solving problems inprimary school education and teaching practice, with good research cabilities.

  5.掌握教育管理的基本理论和基本方法,能够胜任小学班主任工作,以及学校教育管理的相关工作。

  5.Master the basic principles andmethods in education management to be capable of being a headteacher and othermanagement work in primary schools.

  6.掌握学校体育卫生的基本知识和体育锻炼的基本技能,养成良好的体育锻炼和卫生习惯,具有健康的体魄和终身体育的意识与能力。

  6.Master basic knowledge of physicaleducation and basic skills of physical exercise in school and develop goodphysical exercise and hygiene habits, with a healthy body and lifetime sportsawareness and ability.

  7.通过国家教师资格认证,具备从事小学教师职业的相应资质。

  8.Successfullypass the national teacher qualification certification and have the appropriatequalification to be a primary school teacher.
